Less Is More #3 - SPRING
Happy Saturday.......It's nearly Sunday here :)
Here's the little card I made for the Less Is More Challenge #3, Chrissy and Mandi have given us a SPRING theme to work with.
I love that the girls offer up some tips and tricks with their challenges. This week they spoke about computer generated sentiments and I thought I 'd give it a try!
Well in for a penny in for a pound......I added a little digital Pure Innocence image too.
I won't tell you how long it took me to line this all up though ..........Hope I get better with practice!
I used two sweet fonts for the sentiment and changed the font size for the middle line .........what fun!
The little image is very lightly chalked to add some subtle colour.
I couldn't resist adding some of the new coloured Bakers Twine......so pretty.

I'm really impressed that you had a go with the tutorial and even more delighted that the tutorial was effective enough to work. Sometimes one does things without thinking and it's difficult to ensure that all details are included.
ReplyDeleteBless you for having a go! It's great!

This is gorgeous! I did try using the computer for a sentiment, but the printer buckled my card so had to start again! I may need a new printer lol! Can I ask which type of printer you use and what type of card to print on? I'm very wary of breaking it and wasting card stock! xx
ReplyDeleteHi Jane, your card is so sweet, I absolutely love it.
ReplyDeleteWell done on printing your image and sentiment onto card, that is still something I haven't yet managed to master

I like this idea of using the twine Jane. have always shyed away from using it so far but I think you`ve changed my mind about it. Well done on managing your sentiment from the tut the girls gave. I need to try this out too as I`m a bit computer illeterate at things like that!!
